Jeelaan provides AI-powered smart lighting and parking solutions designed to reduce management costs and increase efficiency. Our services include hardware, software, and related support services that enable users to monitor, control, and optimize lighting and parking infrastructure.
Jeelaan will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Services operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, some technical difficulties, maintenance, or other issues may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. Jeelaan reserves the right to suspend or stop the availability of the Services at any time for maintenance, updates, or any other reason. Jeelaan is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or cessation of the Services.
Jeelaan reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of important changes to the Services that may affect their use.

When you purchase Jeelaan devices, you own the physical device, but Jeelaan retains ownership of all software and firmware installed on the devices, licensed to you under these Terms. You may not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software or firmware.
If you provide Jeelaan with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to the Services, you grant Jeelaan a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, disclose, distribute, modify, and exploit such feedback without restriction.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant Jeelaan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such User Content in connection with providing and improving the Services.

In no event shall Jeelaan's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Jeelaan for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge and agree that Jeelaan has offered the Services and entered into these Terms in reliance upon the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in this document, which reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between the parties and form an essential basis of the bargain between us.
You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by contacting Jeelaan customer support and ceasing to use the Services. If you have a subscription, you may need to follow specific cancellation procedures as outlined in your service agreement.
Jeelaan may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for conduct that Jeelaan believes violates these Terms or harms other users of the Services, Jeelaan, or third parties, or for any other reason at Jeelaan's sole discretion.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users accessing the Services from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you agree that your use of the Services may be subject to additional local laws and regulations, and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Before filing a claim against Jeelaan, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, including their validity, invalidity, breach, or termination, must be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator selected in accordance with the arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration will be in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the language of arbitration will be English.
You and Jeelaan agree that neither may bring claims against the other except in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights pending the completion of arbitration.
Jeelaan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
